Spring Season

Practice Schedule and Location

For the beginning of our season, we will be practicing on Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton. The practice schedule shown below will be in effect until we move from the lake back to the boathouse. The details for each day are described below.

As always, practices and schedules may and will change based on weather, availability and other factors.

Early Land Practice: 2:30 - 4:30 PM at 2445 Main St., Glastonbury
Late Land Practice: 4:30 - 6:30 PM at 2445 Main St., Glastonbury
For all land practices, athletes are expected to run to practice from the high school.

Weekday Lake Practices

Novice at the Lake

Bus from the high school @ 3:45 PM
Practice from 4:15 to 5:45
Arrive back at the high school @ approximately 6:15 PM

Varsity at the Lake

Bus from the high school @ 3:45 PM
Practice from 4:15 to 6:45
Arrive back at the high school @ approximately 7:15 PM

Weekend Lake Practices

Novice at the Lake

Bus from the high school @ 9:00 AM
Practice from 9:30 - 11:00 AM
Arrive back at the high school @ approximately 11:30 AM

Varsity at the Lake

Bus from the high school @ 7:00 AM
Practice from 7:30 - 9:30 AM
Arrive back at the high school @ approximately 10:00 AM

For water practices, all athletes are expected to ride the bus to and from the lake. Please talk to your coaches if you have conflicts or questions.
